How It Works

How Our Hazardous Waste Disposal Process Works

Compliant hazardous waste disposal follows a defined path, and our job is to run that path for you quickly and correctly. Here is exactly what happens from your first message to your final documentation.

Step 1: Tell Us What You Have

Submit a request with your waste type, location, and approximate volume, along with safety data sheets or photos where available. The more we know upfront, the faster and more accurate your quote.

Step 2: Waste Characterization

We confirm what your waste is and how it is classified, using your SDS documentation, product information, and where needed, lab analysis. Characterization determines waste codes, packaging, transport requirements, and eligible disposal pathways, so nothing moves until it is done.

Step 3: Quote and Facility Matching

We match your waste to the right permitted facility in our network based on capability, location, and cost, including recycling and recovery outlets where your stream qualifies, and deliver a clear quote with fast turnaround.

Step 4: Compliant Pickup and Transport

Pickup is scheduled at your location with DOT-compliant packaging, labeling, and placarding. Your shipment moves under a hazardous waste manifest with chain-of-custody tracking from your dock to the receiving facility.

Step 5: Processing and Documentation

Your waste is processed at a licensed, permitted facility, and you receive your completed manifest, chain-of-custody records, and Certificate of Disposal for your compliance files. For recurring streams, the established profile makes every subsequent shipment faster.
